Strong Women Work Out

Figure competitor and cross-fit girl Brooke Holladay and bodybuilder Wendy Lindquist decided to throw down the gauntlet to see who could do the most squats.

No weights?

No problem.

Showing some impressive strength, the two buff blondes decided to squat each other. Each took a turn serving as a human weight by riding atop the shoulders of the other.

Jen Burns - Excalibur 2011 Los Angeles, CA

We worked with figure competitor Jen Burns at the 2011 Excalibur. Jen credits some of her modeling creativity to looking at Playboy magazine, learning the poses and then tweaking them with the added bonus of some muscle. The end result is Playboy meets muscle model Jen Burns.

We shot with Sandi at the 2010 Emerald Cup. Of course, it was hard not to take notice of her physique, but blend in her killer smile and striking good looks and you really have an impressive package.
