The first issue of Athletic Women Magazine (click to view), our new online publication, is now ready to view.

Our cover model is "The Thunder From Down Under" buff and beautiful Aussie Tanya Hyde. Inside you'll find photos of some other great muscle models, including Shannon Courtney, Wendy Lindquist, Shayla Turcotte and more.

Also included, a pictorial featuring some of the more muscular bikini competitors around.

Emerald Cup 2013 - Tower of Power

It definitely wasn't hard to spot bodybuilder Kireen Suddeth walking the floor of the Emerald Cup Expo. At 6-1 and 198 pounds off-season, you don't exactly blend into the crowd. 

Having competed in the 2012 Emerald Cup, that would make her the tallest bodybuilder ever to hit the stage for this show. That fact comes from none other than IFBB Women's Historian Steve Wennerstrom, a walking textbook of information on the history of the Emerald Cup.

Unfortunately an injury kept Kireen out of the 2013 Emerald Cup. Hopefully we will see her back on stage in the near future.

Wendy Lindquist - New Video Download

The latest offering from Wendy Lindquist, a video download shot over the Emerald Cup 2013 weekend featuring Wendy in her best condition to date.

The video includes some flexing showing off Wendy's outstanding physique and then moves to an athletic challenge versus 5-8, 163-pound powerlifter Havana Blue. The challenge includes grip strength and weight hold contests and culminates with a very competitive armwrestling match as the powerlifter pits her size against Wendy's big biceps.

The venerable Emerald Cup, promoted by Brad and Elaine Craig, always impresses with its array of talent, both onstage and offstage. Adding to the mix, +IFBB Pro Cinzia Massaro Clapp .
